1.) How do I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal payment, Bank Transfer and Western Union.
How Paypal works
You don’t need to have a PayPal account. It allows you to pay on a secure page of PayPal site which accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfer, PayPal Account Balance, and more. There is no surcharge for using this payment method.
Within 24 hours after placing an order, you will receive a PayPal invoice email from our Verified PayPal Business Account (WholesaleEarrings@gmail.com). Simply follow guidance in the email until you complete your payment.
After your payment is approved by PayPal, you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal. Then you will receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours and a tracking number for your shipment within 2 business days.

2.) Does your minimum order apply for each individual purchase
Yes, our minimum order of $150 is for each individual purchase. Our low wholesale prices require large sales volumes for us to sustain our business.
3.) Do you provide volume discounts?
We offer discounts for orders of 1,000 USD and up. Please contact us for more details.
4.) Do you ship your products to Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa or America?
Our handmade jewelry are bestseller worldwide. They are constantly shipped to over 20 countries around the world. We can ship them to any country that our selected freight providers can support.
5.) What are shipping methods that you provide?
Most of our customers prefer special rate shipping option for orders of 10kg and up provided by FedEx and low cost shipping option for small orders provided by Thailand Post.
These shipping methods have full tracking capability all the way to the destination. FedEx takes 3-5 business days for delivery while EMS by Thailand Post takes 7–10 business days.
You may request other shipping methods that suit your need such as DHL, UPS or other freight providers (Air/Sea) for larger shipments.
- Please note that the above shipping methods might incur customs and processing fees which are buyer’s responsibility.
- For all packages, we must accurately declare the description and value of the goods, as we ship a lot of international packages every week and need to retain our company’s good standing with the various customs offices.
- For some destinations and orders we may require that your shipment be shipped via a traceable method such as FedEx/DHL/UPS or EMS. This depends on the destination and order size.
6.) When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are different depending on the shipping methods and shipping procedure of each country. Normally, the delivery times are as follows:
Thailand Post
EMS (Express Mail Service): 7–10 business days
Registered Airmail service: 12–17 business days
FedEx/DHL/UPS: 3–5 business days
7.) How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking number when your order is shipped. Then you can track your shipment by following the links.

8.) How do retailers price the items when reselling?
Our customers’ pricing policies vary widely based on their target market. Boutique fashion accessory retailers mark many of our products up as much as 5-10x their cost. Some of our customers use a lower markup/higher volume strategy, especially those who sell over the internet, at vintage market, or at arts & crafts fairs. These retailers usually set a 2-5x markup on our products and generate very strong sales and profits.
9.) Can I buy from WholesaleEarringsShop.com if I’m not a retailer?
Definitely! As long as you meet our minimum order size of $150, we are happy to sell to customers who are not retailers, such as corporate buyers, event coordinators, and people with very large holiday shopping lists! Many people buy large quantities at once and save them for gifts later.
10.) What are basic items to start my accessory store?
