1.) How do I pay for my order?
All customers can use “PayPal Invoice Email” as the easiest and safest payment method.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method. It allows you to pay on a secure page of PayPal site. Our PayPal invoice which is emailed to you will indicate the amount of money you have to pay for your purchase including the shipping fee. PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfer, PayPal Account Balance, and more. There is no surcharge for using this payment method to purchase from us.
· How to make a payment via this method?
Within 24 hours after placing an order, you will receive a PayPal invoice email from our Verified PayPal Business Account (wholesaleearrings@gmail.com). Simply follow guidance in the email until you complete your payment. After your payment is approved by PayPal, you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal. Then you will receive an order confirmation email from us in 24 hours and a tracking number to track & trace your item within 3 days.

2.) Do you accept other payment methods?
Yes, we accept other payment methods which are wire transfer, Western Union and MoneyGram transfer. Although Paypal is more recommended, we also have some customers who prefer other methods so if you are more comfortable with this, please contact us. The steps are as follows:
1. When placing an order, please state that you would like to pay via Western Union or MoneyGram instead of using Paypal invoice.
2. We will send you the invoice indicating the total amount of payment and information.
3. After your payment at service counter, you will receive a code.
4. Please contact us and provide the code along with your name, address and contact number.
5. We will ship the item soon as the payment is received.
3.) Does your minimum order apply for each individual purchase?
Yes, our minimum order of $135 is for each individual purchase. Our low wholesale prices require large sales volumes for us to sustain our business.
4.) Do you provide volume discounts?
We offer discounts for orders 10 packs ($450) and up. Discounts apply to each individual order as follows:
10 – 15 packs 5% discount
16 – 20 packs 10% discount
21 packs and up 15% discount
5.) How do retailers price the items when reselling?
Our customers’ pricing policies vary widely based on their target market. High end fashion accessory retailers mark many of our products up as much as 5-10x their cost. However, many of our customers use a lower markup/ higher volume strategy, especially those who sell over the internet, at vintage market, or at arts & crafts fairs. These retailers usually set a 2-5x markup on our products and generate very strong sales and profits every month. The markup also depends on the weight and cost basis of each item.
6.) What are shipping methods that you provide?
Most of our customers really love our special flat rate shipping option provided by UPS and low cost shipping option provided by Thailand Post so it’s no surprise that we ship orders internationally every week.
If you are new to importing jewelry and accessory to your country, please rest assured that WholesaleEarringsShop.com ships hundreds of wholesale jewelry and accessory every week to over 20 countries around the world. We have very robust automated international shipping procedures in place, which really helps our international customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
One common question we receive is about using carriers other than Thailand Post or UPS for international shipments. Thailand Post offers the best price for 1 – 5 kg packages and UPS definitely offers the most efficient tracking system with lower shipping cost for heavy shipments. However, some customers prefer that we use other mail carrier for various reasons. We are happy to accommodate such requests when it’s practical and deemed sufficiently safe. Here are the options we recommend:
- DHL Jumbo Box (25kg) and Jumbo Junior (10kg)
- FedEx 10kg Box and FedEx 25kg Box
These are also used with heavy shipments and have full tracking capability all the way to the destination. The shipping cost is slightly different from UPS depending on destinations and usually takes only 1-6 business days.
There are, as always, a few disclaimers:
- Please note that we do not know whether the above shipping methods will incur customs and processing fees and you would still have to be responsible for any customs duties and processing fees.
- For all packages, we must accurately declare the description and value of the goods we are shipping, as we ship a lot of international packages every week and need to retain our company’s good standing with the various customs offices.
- For some destinations and orders we may require that your wholesale order be shipped via a traceable method such as UPS or EMS. This depends on the destination and order size.
7.) When will I receive my order?
All customers can be assured that at WholesaleEarringsShop.com, we promptly operate every service. However, delivery times are different depending on the shipping methods and shipping procedure of each country. Usually the delivery times are as follows:

International Parcel-Air: 12 – 17 business days
International Parcel-SAL: 20 – 27 business days
Shipping via UPS, DHL, FedEx (recommended for orders weigh over 5 kg)

8.) How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number within 3 days after payment.

9.) Can I buy from WholesaleEarringsShop.com if I’m not a retailer?
Definitely! As long as you meet our minimum order size of $135, we are happy to sell to customers who are not retailers, such as corporate buyers, event coordinators, and people with very large holiday shopping lists! Many people buy large quantities at once and save them for gifts later.
10.) What are the meanings of each natural stone?

11.) What are basic items to start my accessory store?
All of our products can be sold throughout the year. However some of them are more in demand in different seasons; wooden earrings and wooden bracelet for example, they are summer’s favorites.
